On HPL Wiki, I clicked on WebTopicList, scrolled to angry customers. There are instructions and a link to how to fill out an incident report too.

On the HPL wiki, under Webtopics list, I found Collections UMS. It states that an account must be over $25 before it is referred to the collection agency. UMS stands for Unique Management Services.

On the eSTAR blog, there is a link to eSTAR topics that takes you to the wiki list of resources from previous months.

5. Where can I get a copy of the World Languages Collection plan?
I wandered around the Central blogs first but then went to the wiki and found it under World Languages Collection Plan.

6. Where in the world is (can I find)Mike Van Campen?
On the list of HPL Blogs, you can find the Central Blogs, Central Chief's Blog. On that blog, Mike posts what he is doing (not updated everyday).
